Race reference
What does each Hyrox division carry?
Five of the eight stations carry a load, and the load depends on your division. These are the numbers the race asks of everyone. They are not a training prescription.
What you carry, by division
Your division is the category you enter, and each one is listed below. Sled figures are the total weight including the sled itself. Farmers carry is per hand, so 24 kg means two 24 kg bells. Both sleds are 50 metres, in four lengths of 12.5 metres.
The weights StationZero coaches to. Doubles carries the singles load of the matching category, and Doubles Mixed carries the Men Open load.

Two things a weight table usually gets wrong. Ball weight and target height are separate on the same row. Women Pro throws the 6 kg ball at 2.70 m, so the height cannot be worked out from the weight. And Doubles Mixed is exactly Doubles Men: both partners carry the same load and throw to the same height, whatever their own gender.
One number no source we use states. The season 26/27 standards table has no row for Doubles Women Pro, so this page gives no wall ball height for it. A height nobody can point at is a guess, and a guess on a race standard is worse than a blank.
Where these numbers come from
- Loads
- The official Hyrox singles and doubles rulebooks, as read on 3 September 2026. The Doubles Mixed row was confirmed against the rulebook on 30 September 2026.
- Wall ball height
- The official season 26/27 standards table, from 11 September 2026. It has no row for Doubles Women Pro, which is why one cell is blank.
- Not here
- Target times and pacing splits. See the methodology page for why we do not publish those.
- Before you race
- Standards change between seasons. Check the current rulebook for the race you entered.
How you get there
This is the load on race day, and in training you work up to it.
In StationZero your sleds start from your bodyweight and climb towards these numbers block by block. Until you have logged a station, the distance there is at most half the race distance, and wall balls at most half the 100 reps. The one exception is the test that gives you your first number there: the station once, at the race standard. After that your own logs take over.
Start from where you are, not from this table.
