He starts from your numbers.
Every session builds on what you logged. Where he has no number of yours, the session card says so, right beside the number he starts you on.
A station new to him starts small, or as a test.
Until you have logged a station, the distance there is at most half the race distance, and wall balls at most half the 100 reps. The one exception is the test that gives you your first number there: the station once, at the race standard. Erring low costs you one easy session.
He builds to the time you have.
Pick how long you have, from 45 minutes up, and the session is sized to land within a tenth of it either way by his estimate, with the warm up, the rest and the changeovers counted. A day that is only a run can come in under it, and he tells you how long it actually runs.
