14 days of full coaching free, with no payment method needed, then €16,99 a month on the web. There is no tier list and no cheaper version of REX.

The practical answers
- Do I need a payment method to start?
- No. Your 14 days start when you make your account. Nothing is charged and nothing renews on its own.
- What happens after the 14 days?
- Coaching and new sessions carry on with a subscription, which you can start on the web or in the app whenever you like. Nothing is charged unless you start one, and what you logged stays in your account.
- How do I pay?
- On the web by card or iDEAL, through Stripe, so we never see your card details. In the app, through Apple or Google.
- What does it cost in the app?
- The price Apple or Google shows you in their store before you pay.
- Can I get a second trial?
- No. One trial per email address, whichever way you start.
- How do I cancel?
- If you have not subscribed, there is nothing to cancel. Once you subscribe, cancel any time where you subscribed: Manage subscription in your profile opens Stripe for a web subscription, or your subscriptions with Apple or Google.
What the 14 days include
Everything below is in the app today.
- Sessions planned for you.REX decides what today is and builds it to the time you say you have, from 45 minutes up.
- Coaching while you move.Not a plan handed over at the start. Timers and his cues are on screen with you, set by set.
- Weights from your race.Your division sets your race weights, and your sleds climb towards them block by block.
- He carries it forward.What you logged and what you told him, and the next session starts from it.
- A careful start on anything new.Until you have logged a station, the distance there is at most half the race distance, and wall balls at most half the 100 reps. The one exception is the test that gives you your first number there: the station once, at the race standard.
What it is reasonable to expect for this
A human Hyrox coach knows things REX does not. What you get here instead is a coach in every session with you, who starts from what you logged and tells you plainly what the numbers say.
It is also a young product, and we would rather say so here than in the small print. If REX gets something wrong, tell us.
Fourteen days of full coaching is enough to judge him on what matters: whether the sessions fit you and whether he listens.
